On Monday 10 July, over 100 people gathered in St Andrew’s on The Terrace to hear a panel of candidates, members of parliament and community workers speak on Wellington’s housing issues. Stephanie McIntyre, Director of Downtown Community Ministries was a non-political member of the panel and was joined by Grant Robertson, Labour MP for Wellington Central, James Shaw, candidate for Wellington Central and co leader of the Green Party, Geoff Simmons, Opportunity Party candidate for Wellington Central and Nicola Willis, National candidate for Wellington Central. The evening was chaired by Linda Meade. A recording of the evening is reproduced below.
