Young Wellington Chamber Musicians: Timeless Trio and Sixteen Strings

Timeless Trio – young Wellington musicians competing in the National Finals weekend of the CMNZ schools contest later this week and their friends Sixteen Strings – regional finalists from the CMNZ contest
Timeless Trio is Benedict van Leuven – clarinet, Lucas Baker – violin, Amelia Isac – piano. They’re playing Stravinsky L’Histoire du Soldat (A Soldier’s Tale). Sixteen Strings is playing the 2nd and 4th movements from Dvorak’s String Quartet No 12 in F major, the “American”.
