‘Ensemble Gō brings together Monique Lapins & Naoto Segawa in an undying pursuit and discovery of new music. Formed in 2013, the ensemble has given performances with diverse instrumental combinations. They have an intense passion to share music of contemporary composers and are recording artists of new music compositions around the globe.

Duo Enharmonics showcases the brilliance and virtuosity of four hands at one piano. Formed by Beth Chen and Nicole Chao in 2017, the Duo is reviewed as ‘exhilarating piano duet delight’ performing with ‘unanimity of feeling and technical mastery’. They are in demand as performers around New Zealand and have an active presence on Youtube and social media.

These two exciting ensembles will be touring with Chamber Music New Zealand in 2022. Ensemble Gō will bring their electrifying repertoire to audiences in August and Duo Enharmonics will dazzle with their many hands on one set of keys in October.

These four musicians are excited to join forces in this ‘Music of Our Time’ concert featuring works dedicated to contemporary composers from New Zealand and around the world.
