St Andrew’s on The Terrace: New Front of House role

We are looking for an energetic and tech savvy person to work in this dynamic people-oriented environment. You will be available between 16 and 20 hours a week to fill this new Front of House role. You will assist with making reservations for clients, room set up, issuing contracts and invoices. You will report to the Centre Manager and work with other members of the St Andrew’s team to ensure that client needs are met, meeting rooms are professionally presented, and invoices are issued in a timely way.

You will have initiative, be client-centered and meticulous about attention to detail. It will be important to understand the kaupapa of St Andrew’s on the Terrace – a place of welcome in the city. A key part of the role is the ability to move furniture and equipment between rooms and manage the technology requirements of clients.
